Kelayakan
- Possess minimum any Diploma/Degree qualifications.
- Candidate that have 1 to 2 years relevant working experience in the related field are preferable. Those with Customer Service F&B experiences and fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Passionate to learn, self starter personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to work well independently and in a team.
- Minimum competency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Words, PowerPoint.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbally and written.
Tanggungjawab
- To promote brand & products to customers via online and offline activities.
- Attend to customers enquiries on social media, hotline number, shopping platforms and website.
- Attend to customers feedback and follow up closely with after sales service.
- To manage database collection and cold call activities.
- To demonstrate a very well verse knowledge.
- To manage online sales fulfilment, reportings and other relevant matters.
- To assist with on-site sales/marketing activities.
- Any other relevant tasks as assigned by the Superior.
