Tanggungjawab
1. To key in sales orders for nzcrunchies and nz frozen that are submitted by salesman into the QNE system (Invoices & Delivery Order).
2. Submit every each of sales order form by salesman to production group.
3. Print out the Delivery Order or Invoices of customers and hand out to Logistic when there are trip to be delivered.
4. Handling of customer’s complaints and arrange the return of products items by customers.
5. Double check & make sure Invoices & Delivery Order key in into system is tally every month.
6. Update payment received by customer’s nzcrunchies & nzfrozen in QNE system (Payment Received) every day.
7. Maintain a well-organized office filing system.
8. Handling of postage with the courier service when it is needed.
9. To prepare payment voucher to stockist and agents.
10. Assist and handling walk in customers to purchase products.
11. Prepare trip driver report including filling trip receipt every month.
12. Update trip delivery receipts by driver into group account.
13. Update any petty cash receipts into group account.
14. Submission on job report (form) every day via telegram.
15. To undertake other related jobs as may be directed by the superior from time to time.
