Accept, review and issue order sheet to production based on customer purchase order
Liaise with production and agree customer requested delivery date
Generate Delivery Order and Invoice to Customers
Internal coordination of sample preparation and submission to customer
Coordinate and communicate changes in customer requirements to internal departments
Ensure the document and record meets the QMS requirements
Ensure the reports and records are filed, labeled and stored properly for easy retrievable
Assist to generate monthly sales report
Ensure proper and timely compilation of report
Any other duties assigned by the Superior
