Job Description:-
(1) Routing
-Import salesman routing.
- Printing DSR every end of month and pass to PIC.
- Price Increase
(2) Any Agency price increase, inform all relevant personnel make sure all branches receive the message or email, and also inform outlet.
- Prepare price increase letter (own brand).
- Revamp Company Catalogue and Call Card MT & GT
- Restructuring and re-engineering all agency call card and catalogue, make sure salesman are using the latest version.
(3) Inventory Alignment
-Monitor all agency fast moving SKU stock level, slow moving SKU and NES stock.-
- Monitor bad stock return from outlet, make sure not exceed ullage, if more then ullage please notify management immediately.
(4) Sales Report
- Update daily and weekly sales report.
- Principal requested report.
- Sales team requested report.
Qualifications: -
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma and above
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1-2 years proven work experience in similar role is required for this position.
- Possess good communication skills, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Power Point, Excel, Words.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
