Operational
 Work closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
 Work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments.
 Carry out and completes all maintenance works/requests according to the established schedule and ensures high quality of finishing work. Pays particular attention to guest related jobs.
 Avoid unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes.
 Properly handles and maintains all power tools.
 Submit request to the Engineering Team Leaders, Assistant Engineers or Engineering Manager for the purchases of parts and consumables.
 Ensure cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.
 Ensure effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
 Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
 Report any abnormal conditions noticed at any time in line with safety related equipment or installation to the Engineering Team Leaders, Assistant Engineers or Engineering Manager.
 Assist other tradespersons or technicians when requested by Superiors.
 Ensure that the work assigned is carried out as accurately, skillfully and economically.
 Review the log sheet.
 Proper maintenance and operation of equipment/systems as delegated by the Engineering Team Leaders
