- SPM and above.
- Passionate about the Education Industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, product training will be provided.
- Excellence in Communication Skills, Customer Relationship Management Skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide one-on-one learning services with existing customers through telephone and online communication.
- Track students' learning progress and provide feedback, answer students' questions during the learning process and help them achieve their learning goals.
- Complete monthly renewal sales tasks and maintain student database.
- Improve customer satisfaction and expand customer resources.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
