REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in online sales, marketing or other related field is required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field
- Immediate intake and available to work in Kota Bharu, Kelantan
- Strong knowledge and understanding in sales and marketing principles
- Must have passion in sales & marketing and hunger to achieve sales target
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Required Languages(s): English, Bahasa Melayu
RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage, train and develop the sales and marketing team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
- Strategize and manage marketing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads to increase sales, engagement and brand awareness
- Manage budget for sales and marketing activities
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Monitor and analyse sales and marketing data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage all sales & marketing documentation (records, reports, other documents) to submit and report to HQ
- Explore new trends and sales channels
- To take on any other responsibilities which is reasonably related to the title of this position
