Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Analyze existing business processes, identify and develop the capability to use new tools and new technologies
- Identify and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- Lead the technology function to provide high quality enterprise-wide solutions
- Manage a portfolio of technological projects utilizing internal and external resources
- Establish and implement short and long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operational procedures; monitor, evaluate and improve system effectiveness
- Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess technological performance
- Communicate technology strategy and necessary improvements and adjustments to both internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor Degree in computer science, engineering or any other discipline
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience at a senior or manager level in HR outsourcing environment
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A highly analytical mindset with superb problem-solving aptitude
