Kelayakan
- Min possess Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and consistent.
- Knowledge of accounting system entry is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Tanggungjawab
- To prepare payment for trade & non- trade payment, staff claim etc according to the timeline set/due date.
- Daily update of cashbooks for receipt, payments issued, monitor online payment signed and released & also cross- checking transactions with daily bank statement.
- To ensure timely and accurate transactions posting into the accounting system (Cargo Wise system), i.e.: suppliers’ invoice, staff claim, updating receipt and payment.
- To check and keep track of monthly expenses claims as per guideline set.
- To prepare vendor reconciliation for all the SOA received & communicate with respective PIC on the variances.
- To prepare monthly cashflow forecast.
- Provide support for day-to-day finance operations such as AP, AR & back up AR team when AR team is on leave.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Filling all the finance documents such as suppliers’ invoice, payment voucher, receipt, bank statement etc.
- Liaising with internal and external parties when necessary.
- Participation in ad-hoc task, where required.
