What we need you to do?
We need you to advise and implement standard Human Resource practices and policies to facilitate Human Resource Management in the company.
You will be required to manage the KPI/ staff appraisal/disciplinary and evaluation process together with the management.
We need you to work closely with the Account Manager to assist in payroll and recruitment process.
You will be responsible to manage and plan for staff training within the company.
You will be required to monitor staff attendance and leaves taken by employees and daily operations of HR functions.
You will be required to undertake any other duties as assigned by superior and management.
What we need from you?
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management.
Ability to converse in English & Mandarin will be added advantage.
1 year working experience required and training will be provided.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office - Word & Excel
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
