As an HR Assistant at MIT Innovation Sdn Bhd, you will work on smaller projects and daily operational tasks within the division. You play a role to aid the department to achieve its goal by simplifying internal processes and driving efficiency for others.
This will give you the chance to develop skillsets that will be beneficial to your future career growth, such as Microsoft Office, project management, communication as well as working with others.
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm (inclusive of lunch hour)
Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
We are open to undergraduates/ graduates with Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in any business field/Management Field or relevant field of study.
We expect candidates to take initiative, keen attention to details, and bring a can-do attitude.
You must be fluent in oral and written English. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook will be an added advantage. You will be guided on all internal systems.
