Job Description
Explore new markets, identify and develop new customers
Build and strengthen good business relationship with customers
Ensure communication between departments (especially Marketing, Production and Shipping) flows timely and accurately so that production, operations and fulfilment are smoothly carried out.
Ensure all shipping documents send to customer on time and follow up until full payment receive.
Provide after sales service to ensure fulfillment of customer's satisfaction
Handling export documentation and preparing necessary shipping document for bank negotiation including invoice, packing list, Bill of lading, Certificate of Origin.
Liaise and follow-up internally with forwarders / carriers for shipment and delivery arrangement.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must possess Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
Possess working experience in export environment
Independent and able to develop new market
Preferably who has experience in furniture industry
Pleasant personality and good communication skills
