Tanggungjawab

Job Descriptions
- Assist the director for day-to-day office activities or operations.
- Monitor company licence, registration with CIDB , MOF etc.
- Communicate with all members of the project team, project manager, consultants and clients.
- To assist technical teams to prepare reports, progress reports, site reports for each project.
- Dealing with email inquiries.
- Manage general office management, clerical support and project management.
- Maintain a systematic filing of documents.
- Ensure all tasks and SOPs are maintained properly and smoothly.
- Manage claims and petty cash.
- To assist and maintain record of payment for all projects.
- To keep account claims up to date and payment.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
