· Helpdesk cum Desktop support, Printing support, Peripherals support · Provide technical service to lecturers, troubleshooting issues related to personal computers, applications and IP phones · Experience & knowledge of Win XP, Win Vista, MS Office, Network connectivity, printer mapping, etc · Experience in desktop hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis · Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem · Creation/deletion of user ID Requirement: - Diploma in IT - With Desktop experience in a particular company - Excellent communication & Interpersonal skill - Independent - Bilingual
