1. Ensure that equipment’s are maintained in good and safe working condition.
2. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs.
3. Inspecting machinery, identifying faults, troubleshooting and reporting any faults to management.
4. Sourcing replacement parts and negotiating with suppliers.
5. Performs routine maintenance on building systems.
6. Cary out scheduled maintenance, repair works and fabrication work on all processing equipment, machinery and facilities.
7. Implementing preventive maintenance methods.
8. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation.
9. Identify and report unsafe operations to management immediately.
10. Record and document all maintenance work carried out.
