- Good interpersonal skill and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable.
- Ability to speak and write Mandarin.
- Ability to commence in the main Mandarin dialects: Cantonese or Hokkien.
- Good understanding and appreciation of the different racial rituals and religion beliefs.

- Assist in inurnment and internment service process.
- Coordinating urn placement process.
- Verifying plaque wording and ceramic photo before installation
- Installation of plaque at columbarium.
- Coordinating service work at temple.
