JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all matters related to integration and HR Operational related task. The incumbent is responsible to ensure smooth execution of all activities related to this role in an effective and efficient manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure job description of all employees are updated.
Ensure all organizational chart are submitted and in the correct format.
Prepare the Payment Requisition Form (PRF) for all required payments
In charge of all the communication required for the integration.
To participate in project when requested.
To assist HR Operations / other HR functions as and when required
Ensure compliance with Data Privacy laws and regulations, policies, standards, process and
procedures implemented by the Company at all times.
Comply with the relevant security standards.
