Tanggungjawab
1. Responsible to handle all inquiries from new or existing parents regarding school fees, school tours (with approval), activities, or any related matters.
2. To prepare student contracts and school fees including issuing an invoice, and receipt based on the school academic calendar.
3. To protect and keep all student information including personal data, academic results, or any other related from disclosure to third parties.
4. Responsible to handle school media for all activities and inquiries under monitoring and approval by the principal.
5. Responsible to blast any news and memo as per requested by the principal.
6. Carrying a positive image of the school and greeting all guests and parents as they enter our school
7. To prepare and fill up forms for student and teachers attendance.
8. To compile related reports as per request by HR.
9. Responsible to keep track of budgets, preparing purchase orders, and checking all requests for all purchases.
10. Handling all the order supplies and verifying inventory for incoming purchases.
11. Handling monthly records as requested by the principal and management.
12. Able to work overtime estimated an hour (3 days) for each week based on the schedule.
13. Able to work on weekends based on school events and programs.
