Internship For Account/sales Admin

World Marketing Work Sdn Bhd offers internship opportunities to undergraduate who wants to get a head start in their career. The internship program allows you to experience the culture, learn our standards and gain exposure to various areas of a food and beverage industry to ensure you have the best possible experience.

We are looking for an intern that would like to expand their knowledge in the Account/Sales. As an intern, you will be assigned to a mentor. Some of your responsibilities as an intern are:

JOB SCOPE :
Perform data entry, prepare Quotation, invoice & DO
Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting sales team data; establishing entry priorities
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying
Assists superior on document preparation
Assist with payment of vendors and employee claims.
Perform and undertake any other ad-hoc duties or task ad and when required by the management

JOB REQUIREMENT :
Recognized Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Computer literate and numerate
