Manage showroom Sales and Operations & overseeing retail staff
Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and staff performance
Motivating staff to achieve targets
Ensure high levels of customer shopping experience
Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks
Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, pricing, and the general appearance of the showroom
Training new staff members and scheduling shifts
Follow all company's SOP and maintain the company image
Hardworking, Trustworthy & Honest
Able to work on shifts, weekends and/or public holidays
Able to work at 1Utama / Mid Valley / Sunway Velocity / IOI City Mall / Setapak / Starling Mall / 3 Damansara
