Scope
The overall responsibility of a Medical Sales Representative is to promote BIOMETRIXS MEDITRONIXS GLOBAL'S Products to doctors, healthcare providers and relevant customers. It includes detailing of products, customer and territory management.
Product Knowledge
Understand the competitive product portfolio
Recommend appropriate product based solution to Doctors and health care providers
Clear and accurate in promoting product
Customer Management & influencing
Establish relationship with customers to understand requirement and expectation
Can negotiate skillfully in tough situation
Can win concessions without damaging relationship
Territory Management & Analysis
Execute territory plan to drive overall business and evaluate progress
Utilize available resources to identify and monitor trends and changes in the geographical areas
Analyze the market by conducting precise analysis of the territory and products under responsibility
Collect relevant information on activities and campaign of competitors and understand how it could potentially impact business
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 3-5 year (s) of experience in the medical field required but NOT COMPULSORY. MBBS/MD and Biomedical science graduates are highly encouraged to apply for their learning experience while waiting for posting.
Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
Must possess own transport and willing to travel
