Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources / Business Studies / Sales and Marketing or equivalent
- Ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process
- Work independently and responsibility
- Self-motivation and the inspiration to have more extraordinary career result
- Positive, responsible, meticulous, good attitude, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Work experience in talent acquisition, sales or similar roles
- Please take note this job is come with commission based
Tanggungjawab
- Building business relationships to contribute to the company's top-line revenue growth.
- Work with the hiring managers to define the profiles and scope of responsibilities for specific roles based on immediate organization needs, as well as design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions
- Work closely with businesses to ensure the success of new hires and a high retention rate.
- Generating sales revenue through new and existing customers
- Generate quality leads to expand our customer base
- To maintain and develop long-term business relationships with the client.
- Building a solid business relationship with the customers to fulfill their needs and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on general market conditions
