Job Requirements:
- Possess LCCI/ Diploma/ ACCA/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
- 3 - 4 years of experiences is preferred
- Candidates with Full Set Accounts hands-on experience are preferred
- Numerate and analytical, with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SQL Accounting, Xero Software, Hubdoc Software or AutoCount Accounting
- A great team player, proactive and has a positive working attitude
- A person who has passion in what he/she does and have a continuous learning mindset
- Able to adapt in a fast-moving environment and flexible to change
- Possess own transport
Job Responsibilities
- Able to handle full set accounts independently
- Perform daily accounting activities, handling full set of accounts includes AP, AR, GL and Bank Reconciliation
- Involve and preparation in month end closing activities and reporting
- Preparation of various monthly reports, reconciliation and analysis
- Ensure eWallet and delivery platforms payment received in account are tally with statement/report
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Liaise with company auditor and tax agent
- Ensure accounting records and systems comply with the company's policies, approved accounting standards
