Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (in any field).
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Customer that have working experience as customer services related will be advantaged.
- Required language(s): Writing & Speaking [English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin].
Tanggungjawab
- Provide "Total Service" to our value customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints via calls or chats.
- Propose alternative solution to customers.
- Compliance to customer SOPs.
- Responsible to update respective clients on each progress.
- Advising customer on shipment arrival.
- Monitor clearance and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare customer reports (if applicable).
