- Outbound & inbound calls to customers & drivers
- Spreading awareness about company's product and services, taking care of marketing activities outside the office;
- Handling customer general requests and feedback
Requirements :
- Min SPM/STPM / Diploma in any field;
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to set daily targets and meet them
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
