Kelayakan
QUALIFICATION
- Min possess Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of experience in related job and working in an office environment will be preferable
- Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply
OTHER CRITERION
- Able to deal with large amount of Invoices/ Bills/ Claims and other transaction
- Have systematic approach to getting things done
- Able to respond promptly to customer / supplier / internal needs and meets commitments.
- Able to communicate among colleagues and various business contacts – banks , supplier etc
- Able to create team environment
- Able to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of transaction
- Able to work with minimal supervision and meet datelines
- Basic knowledge of personal computer, software and ICT system

- Office Location – near LRT Bangsar
- Working Hours / Days – 9am to 6pm / Monday to Friday
- Salary Starts – RM1800.00 – RM2000 , negotiable
- Starting March 2023
Tanggungjawab
- Compile Weekly & Monthly Collection Reports from Centres
- Review and reconcile amount reported against Bank Statement
- Record and update Deposits and Collection into UBS system according to Centres
- All Deposits must be identified accordingly and correctly
- Resolve any Unknown depositors / different / doubtful transaction without delay
- Also involve in updating stand alone Centres account – Enter Payment & Deposit items in the HQ UBS accounting system in monthly basis
- Perform monthly system Bank Reconciliation (Deposits), for main and stand alone Centres
- Perform other duties as assigned – monthly report, assist during year end audit, etc
