Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8.00 am to 5.30pm
The Job Roles:
• To do receiving, unloading, inspecting and verifying all incoming supplies and reconciles with purchase orders.
• Store the materials received neatly and perform housekeeping of surrounding.
• Handover DO to stake holders, in time.
• Establish material request - supply system, and stock card system.
• Daily stock count of raw material (with batch code), weekly stock count of packaging material at the end of production.
• Daily recording and verification of finished goods, with correct product code.
Requirements:
• Able to drive forklift (male only)
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/SPM in any field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Store Management.
• Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel and AutoCount system
• Competent in oral and written, in Malay and English languages sufficient to complete documentation
• Works well under pressure
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Patient but Eager to learn new skills
• Has a great work ethic
• Able to perform at the highest level and produce quality products
• Has great communication skills
• Time efficient
