Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Degree / Diploma in Finance / Accounting or equivalent qualification
- At least 1-2 years working experience for Executive, and 1-2 years working experience for Assistant in the related field
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin / Cantonese will be added advantages
- Able to multitask and be an effective team player
Tanggungjawab
- Handle accounting functions, full set of accounts and related duties
- Maintain timely and accurate transactions and perform regular balance sheet and reconciliations
- Prompt submission of monthly audits, ensure compliance and clearance
- Prepare monthly accounting journal entries to post into system
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented, authorized and recorded
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure the data accuracy of capturing into accounting system
- Prepare payroll payment for employees
