Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School-SPM/ Diploma
- Computer skills in Ms Office, Excel
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
- Good communication skills both in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work in a team & working with multiple discipline projects.
- With positive attitude, independent and able to complete task with minimum supervision
Tanggungjawab
- Manage administration affairs and inventory management
- To manage procurement activities and ensure efficiency.
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation such as Payment Voucher, Invoice, Purchase Order ETC..
- Assisting in the general daily office administration and office support activities.
- Monitoring the office reception and phone calls, attending to visitors and assisting other staff in the organisation with their enquiries.
- Overseeing incoming and outgoing couriers.
- Operating a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers, and faxes. Filing papers and documents.
- Performing any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company
