• Talent sourcing for potential clients through warm/cold-calling, visitations, and research
• Screen and evaluate IT candidates for suitable job positions
• Manage and prepare possible candidates for interviews and career decisions
• Keep a long-term business relationship with clients and candidates
• Provide professional service and manners to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
