1. Responsible to follow up and retain current customers.
2. Responsible to handle & keep records of customer complaint, liase with all the concerned
department heads and feedback to customers.
3. Responsible to generate report: sales analysis report, customer satisfaction report, sales
forecast report and others.
4. Responsible to generate customer survey and forecast.
5. To undertake relevant tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
6. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for
further investigation.
7. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests, process
