Tanggungjawab
-Site IT PIC
-Assist onsite application administrator duties, hardware control and distribution, routine infrastructure monitoring, and maintenance
-Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents reported where possible for hardware, software, network, and application
-Communicate and coordinate with vendors for issues management, service upgrades, application maintenance, and other support services.
-Troubleshooting problems for a wide range of IT and custom applications for internal customers via phone, chat, web and email
-Collaborating with other groups and organizations, elevating data quality concerns, and communicating known system problems
-Contributing to the organization via project participation at team, department, IT, and global level
-Track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
-Assist in the documentation of work processes, system workflow, and operating procedures
Responsible to record and maintain IT-infrastructure inventory list, license and hardware warranty renewal
-Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time
Job Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
-At least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Experience in computer hardware, software, server & networking
-Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage
-Responsible, dedicated, and able to work independently
-Must be willing to work in Pontian, Johor
