Tanggungjawab
- Adhere to all of company’s SOPs.
- Engage with parents and students via phone call or text messages.
- Monitor and engage potential clients on social media platforms.
- Promote services offered by the company on social media platforms.
- Provide information towards potential sale’s leads.
- Reach individual sales target appointed by HOD.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly sales report.
- Attend all training programs provided by the department.
- Participate and maintaining the sales department working culture.
- Carry out tasks given by the team leader.
- Accept and execute any ad-hoc tasks given.
- Introduce and demonstrate our services.
- Attend to customer enquiries politely.
