Indoor Sales Executive

Job Summary : 

• Incharge Indoor Sales.
• Manage and coach sales team to improve their sales skill and to create prospect for the sales department.
• Report directly to Retail Manager.Responsibilities :
  • Attend the walk-in customers by explaining the products features clearly to customers
  • Understand company products and services and promote to our customer.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through potential list, campaign and networking.
  • Lead sales team, and encourage retail sales person to hit the sales target.
  • Conduct daily morning briefing, weekly meeting with sales person and updated weekly report to Retail Manager
  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and providing overall guidance to sales person.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Ad hoc task assigned by superior
