Tanggungjawab
1. To perform / run production processes / activities (dispensing / manufacturing / filling/ packing) according to the approved procedures and comply with the cGMP and other Regulatory Standards.
2. To perform the production process so that the production daily output is within approved quality standards and also is within approved quantity specification. To report to the superior immediately for any discrepancies (if any).
3. To conduct In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) accordingly.
4. To conduct all production process including qualification, validation within the schedule and standard time.
5. To ensure stocks’(consumables) availability. To perform superior immediately if stocks are minimal or out of stocks.
6. Always maintain room cleanliness and tidiness.
7. To follow all safety procedures.
