Kelayakan
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidate that have at least 1 years working experience in related field will be added advantage
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with English averagely
- Able to perform multi task, pro-active, result oriented and interact with people at all levels
- Looking for a stable and permanent job
Tanggungjawab
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Perform data entry
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Maintain office supplies for department
- To handle full spectrum of HR matter
- Accurate and timely processing of monthly staff payroll including calculation of OT and commission
- To prepare and submit of monthly statutory requirement (eg; EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax)
- Maintain total staff personal and ensure information are updated
- To prepare payroll reports and entry journals
- To update and monitor staff leave, staff uniform and medical reimbursement
- To prepare year end remuneration returns (eg; Income Tax and EA Forms)
- To perform any duties as assigned by your superior from time to time
