Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- 2-3 years working experience in retail industry is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be advantage.
- Able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
- Must have passion to do sales.
- Outgoing personality, like challenges and passionate about meeting people.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing store activities and people development.
- Works well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Independent and responsible work attitude.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Tanggungjawab
- Greet, Serve and provide assistance to customer.
- Introduce and effectively promote all activities (marketing plans, loyalty scheme, promotions) to new & existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service.
- Achieve given sales target and expectations.
- Perform accurate sales transactions and sales collections.
- Support Store Management in transaction, complaint & return handling.
- Submit timesheet report to Manager timely and accurately
- Communicate with Manager to build sales and teamwork.
- Ensure merchandising is attractive, up-to-date and consistent with marketing plans.
- Ensure pricing of stocks are accurate.
