• To ensure Hatten’s Rules and Regulations are strictly adhered to.
• To perform ON & OFF building M&E operation system.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electric or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
• Attend/response to breakdown/emergency calls from tenants, customer and management promptly at all time.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem or report to your immediate superior within the same working day.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes and report accordingly to Facility Manager.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
• Direct and train other technician to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
• Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment.
• Installs, services and repairs lighting fixtures, electrical panels, outlets and wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects.
• Installs, repairs and service specialized electrical equipment and machinery.
• Constructs and maintains service equipment.
• Transfer primary power from one power source to another.
• Assist in setting up event within the perimeter of the complex.
• Maintain a professional courteous manner with tenants, customers, vendor, contractors and fellow employees.
• Any other assignment that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the company from time to time.
Requirements
• Must possess at least a SKM, Wireman (PW), Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering, Engineering in Mechatronic, Electromechanical or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Building Maintenance.
• Willing to learn with positive attitude.
• Able to maintain and troubleshooting/repair electrical/mechanical problems on the machines and building facilities.
• Available to work shift.
