ROLE SUMMARY
People & Training Executive executes the people agenda in the organization such as recruitment, employee administration, employee relations, payroll advice, performance management and training and development. This position ensures the employees are aligned with business objective and be the advisor to business units with regards to Human Resource related matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety programs.
- Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters.
- Organize employee welfare services such as health and wellbeing programs, first aid and fire extinguisher training, and Corporate Social Responsibilities activities.
- Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters.
- To identifies training and development needs for all employees to assist them in deliverables and efficiency which involves a complete analysis of training needs required at various levels of the organization.
- Ensure implementations of and execution of employee relation program and improve employee satisfaction levels so employees are motivated to work towards achieving personal KPI and departmental objectives and KPI.
- Staff welfare – office environment and hostels are always kept in cleanliness, orderly and disciplines environments.
- To provide training, guidance and coaching to subordinates.
- To prepare any associated report for Departmental use and presentation to the Management.
- To perform other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

CRITERIA
- Degree in Human Resource or any other equivalent qualification.
- Diploma with 2 years working experience in Human Resource.
- SPM with 5 years working experience in Human Resource.
- Knowledge in Labour Ordinance (Sarawak Cap. 76) SLO, Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Acts, and prevailing HR practices and other relevant statutory acts is preferable.
- Competent in office software to do HR Analytics and prepare management report.
