Kelayakan
- Preferable Cantonese Speaker due to need to communicate with Cantonese client
- Relevant experience is preferable in customer service or related fields.
- Mobile product knowledge will be added advantage.
- Able to type and speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work on shifting (am/pm), weekends, and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates are welcoming.
- Able to start work ASAP.
- Relevant experience is preferable in customer service or related fields.
Tanggungjawab
- To handle all customer inquiries and request promptly, accurately, and professionally. Handle Facebook, WhatsApp, e-mail, chat, inbound call, and outbound call correspondence.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- To resolve customer complaints tactfully and escalate the case to Team Leader, when necessary.
- Ensure data completeness, consistency, standardization, and formatting of customer database.
- Have the ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively- nevertheless willing to take extra miles to assist and resolve customer’s concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer comments to Team Leader for service improvement and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
