1. Ensure PRP product are deliver on time and fulfill customer requirement
2. Improve manufacturing process flow and efficiency
3. Control output to achieve target and increase the output
4. Control and improve quality of the product to minimize quality defect
5. Respond and act to customer feedback
6. Control machinist on tooling usage
7. Communicate between machinist and management
8. Solve technical problem in the fabrication process to prevent scrap and wrong fabrication method
9. Simplified the process of fabrication for cost saving
10. Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time
