Job Description
Responsible for daily accounts recording functions.
To ensure accounts payable/ receivable, bank reconciliation, journal functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsible for the timely submission, accuracy and maintenance of financial records.
Assist with monthly, year end and ad hoc report preparation.
Ad hoc duties assign by superior or management from time to time.
Qualifications
Must know operate Autocount Accounting Software.Minimum
Diploma in Accounting /Finance/LCCI or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of accounting system and Ms Office.
Meticulous with a sense of urgency and able to work with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
Office Location :- Kolombong Area, Kota Kinabalu.
