IT Technician intern works closely with IT team to maintain and monitor the computer and network systems. You will gain these IT experience during the internship:
- PC / Server hardware setup and troubleshooting
- OS (Win10/11, Linux, ChromeOS, Mac OS, Win Server) setup, installation and troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN Network setup & troubleshooting including cabling
- Antivirus/AntiSpyware, Backup (Cloud backup),
- Remote Assist, troubleshooting... and many more.
