Kelayakan
- Possess minimum SPM or higher.
- Preferably with outspoken personality.
- Candidate with Customer Service experience is added advantage
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Computer Literate.
- Willing to work in Shifts.
Tanggungjawab
- Confer with customers by telephone or email to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
- Following process and procedure of the Company.
