In D Ron Malaysia, the Finance Assistant/Executive needs to be a strong and good team member who is in sympathy with the Company’s ethos, aims and objectives. He or she will promote the reputation of the Company and make sure that dealings with the vendors, customers, employees, and wider communities are courteous and constructive.

You will play an important role in

• Provide support in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Data entry to the financial accounting system
• Update monthly inventory list and stock count
• Update of month-end journal entries
• Proper upkeep and maintenance of files & documents.
• Review and ensure the completeness of billings
• Maintain Fixed Assets register and other balance sheet schedules.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Liaise with other departments on matters related to the scope of work as
• Assist with any other ad hoc or new duties/assignments from time to time
