Kelayakan

  • Fresh Graduate / SPM / STPM Leavers encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Candidate that have at least 1 years working experience in related field will be added advantage.
  • A good team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
  • Able to communicate with Mandarin / Cantonese added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
  • Maintain office supplies for department.
  • Any ad- hoc tasks assigned.
