Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

• Attend to tenant and customers on all enquiries, complaints/feedback, and problems with positive attitude and effective communication skills; ensure these are resolved quickly and tactfully.
• Handling of rental of all the equipment
• Daily mall rounding and floor checking
• Ensure cleanliness and proper management of counters, service equipment and accurate inventory control.
• Get customer’s feedback by assisting in filling up the customer survey form including in CS lounge or in Mall.
• Attend to tourists & tour drivers for in handling the tourist privilege program as well as tour incentive program.
• Attend customers for redemption and contest.
• Key in relevant data for compiling of different reports.
• Daily report is recorded accurately and timely.
• Provide service as Personal Shopper for DV customers to enable them to shop merchandises/products/brands that are available from the mall.
• Other tasks as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Minimum with SPM level
2. Experience: At least one year’s experience in relevant field and 2 years’ working experience.
3. Skills / Competencies:
a) Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
b) Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English and any other local dialect.
c) Good customer service skills.
d) Pleasant personality and cheerful.
e) Willing to work on shift & public holidays.
