SALARY: NEGOTIABLE DURING INTERVIEW
WORKING TIME:
-MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.00AM - 4.30PM.
(LUNCH BREAK 12.00PM-1.00PM)
-SATURDAY: 8.00AM - 12.00PM
JOB SCOPES:
- To handle accounts receivables and account payables
- Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies and requirements
- To handle partial/full set of accounting(Based on experience)
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial report and other related schedules
- Manage day by day account operations activities such as processing transactions, issuing
cheque,updating ledgers, budgets and etc.
- Liaise with banker,tax agent and auditor also communicate and liaise with manager or senior
account.
- Performing basic office tasks such as filling , data entry
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Accounting knowledge and fluent in Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel , words , etc.
- Experience in using accounting software such as SQL
- Have driving license (Optional)
