Kelayakan
- Have 1 year of experience with e-commerce platform and customer service will be an added advantage.
- Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with client who can only speak mandarin.
- Familiar with online shopping application (eg. Lazada/Shopee)
- Basic computer literacy in Google Sheet, MS Excel, Word.
- Positive attitude, team player, customer-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Able to accept occasional shift roaster during mega campaign
Tanggungjawab
- Handle the e-commerce activity on our website and various e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the website and the different e-commerce platform.
- Manage the product listings on the website and ensure content accuracy of the image, price, and product description.
- Responsible for updating the product listings promptly on all e-commerce channels.
- Responsible for coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
- Handle the liaison with suppliers, procurement & drivers relating to operations activities.
- Handling customer service queries from various communication channels.
- Assist with answering incoming calls from prospective clients when Customer Service personnel are not available.
- Execute activities relating to sales and promotions over different e-commerce platforms.
- Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
