Senior Supervisor

Job Description · Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining our Safety and Quality Control Plans · Responsible for the planning & execution of the process to upkeep cleanliness and tidiness of the facilities · Develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent and ensure no recurrence of non-conforming items. · Work together with other job functions (inbound, inventory, outbound etc) to inspect in-process and completed work, to ensure work meets SOW and quality standards · Maintain and organize all relevant records of inspections done. · Creating Reports for Manager to highlight issues, detail the number of defective products being produced, and explain where improvements can be made. · Maintaining compliance by ensuring all activities and processes align with Company Safety and Quality policy & objectives. Requirements · Must able to work night shift when required · Attention to details and thoroughness in all tasks · Must possess own transport · Able to travel to various distribution centre if required · At least 5 year of relevant working experience in the logistics industry preferred
